Additionally, Nisus offers expertise in corporate real estate matters, ensuring smooth and efficient transaction finalizations. In its Fund and Asset Management division, the company offers growth capital, project financing, and special situation funding to developers and manages Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) focusing on real estate and infrastructure. Nisus currently oversees four schemes under subsidiaries and associate companies through SEBI, IFSC, and DIFC-registered AIFs. The company's main revenue comes from fund management fees earned by advising on and managing these AIF pools.
