The company’s promoters are Srikrishna Bhamidipati and Deepak Satyaprakash Goyal, who together hold 0.88% of the company’s shares. Srikrishna Bhamidipati is also the chairman and managing director of the company. The company’s management team consists of Vasant Bhoir, Deepak Mane, Akshay Nawale, Shakila Makandar, Sanjay Devlekar, and Sneha Shrivastava as non-executive directors, and Vijay Purohit as the chief financial officer. Some of the clients that the company has worked with are Kalra Enterprises, Aura Infinex LLP, Acotex, and PMS International.
