BAG Films and Media Limited is a media company that specializes in content distribution for various media and entertainment platforms. It was founded in 1993 and has three subsidiaries: BAG Infotainment, BAG Newsline Network and BAG Glamour. The company creates programs for different genres, formats and audiences, such as movies, daily soaps, drama, comedy and OTT. It also provides infrastructural support for content production and broadcasting. Their clients include major broadcasters and OTT platforms, such as Star, Zee, Sony, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+ Hotstar, and others regional players. Under BAG's banner, they have produced several shows includes popular shows, such as Sansani, Poll Khol, Red Alert, Kumkum Bhagya, and Naagin. The company’s promoters are Anurradha Prasad and Rajeev Shukla, who hold 46.86% of the company’s shares.
