All Time Plastics Ltd. is one of India’s largest manufacturers of plastic household ware with more than five decades of operating experience. The company operates three fully integrated factories located in Daman, Silvassa, and Gujarat and has a product portfolio of 1,848 stock-keeping units (“SKUs” or product items) produced across eight categories, including kitchen utensils, storage containers, hangers, cleaning products, bath ware, and kids’ goods. The business is double sided in that it sells “All Time” branded products to consumers and has an equally profitable white-label business that produces products on behalf of notable global retailers (e.g., IKEA, Asda, Michaels, and Tesco). In terms of its production process, All Time has invested heavily into automation, uses enterprise resource planning (“ERP”) to run its business, and possesses modern-state-of-the-art injection-moulding capacity of 33,000 tonnes per annum, which marries size, efficiency, and design improvements. All Time exports products to over 25 countries and has an environmentally sustainable production focus with ambitions of producing as an energy-neutral operation in some of its plants and other forms of adhering to environmentally sustainable practices.
