Star Housing Finance Ltd, previously Akme Star Housing Finance Ltd, is an India-based non-deposit-taking housing finance organisation, that's engaged in carrying out activities of housing finance organizations. The Company operates in two commercial enterprise verticals: housing mortgage and non-housing loans. The Company affords loans for the purchase or construction of residential homes. Its loan products consist of home mortgage, mortgage loan and builder loan. The Company gives domestic loan for the purchase of flats and houses, renovation of existing devices, extension of existing devices and purchase of plot for construction of homes. It gives builder loan for the construction of residential flats. The Company is centred on supplying financing merchandise to the lower and middle-income (LMI) segments in India, in most cases in Tier II and Tier III cities and towns.
